The first in a three-part series on hands-on, get right-down-to-it workshops.  Bring in the first two pages of a book—yours and / or a published book—for discussion about technique, catching interest and launching the story.  Please remove any identifying marks from the pages, so the author is anonymous!

A professional PI will discuss the ins and outs of a fascinating career that involves people-watching, research and documentation.  (Sounds a lot like writing!)

Workshop:   Careers for Heroes and Heroines!

An exciting day with a four different speakers! 

Two speakers in the morning, a potluck lunch and three speakers in the afternoon.  Come out and learn about several fascinating professions that might work for your characters.
